Riverside Rentals
Reservation Policy

The cooperation of Guests with the following reservation policies of Riverside Rentals will be appreciated:

1. All reservations require that one night's rental be prepaid on a credit card at the time the reservation is made. Major credit cards are accepted.

2. Rental rates are based upon a two night minimum for peak season weekends. There is a minimum of three nights for most holidays.

3. Cancellations will result in a $10.00 service charge provided that two weeks notice is given, and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.  If cancellation notice is given with less than two weeks notice, then the deposit will not be refunded unless the house is able to be re-rented.

4. Check-in time is normally on or after 3:00 p.m.  House may be available for early check-in, so please inquire.

5. Check-out time is normally 11:00 a.m. Late check-out may be available, so please inquire.

6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, coffee pot, cookware and place settings and flatware for 12 people.

7. The house will be clean when you receive it, and stocked with bed linens and bath towels. Daily housekeeping is not provided.  A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. 

8. Pets are not allowed inside. A fenced kennel and dog house are provided.

9. Smoking is not allowed inside.

10. Rental of house is contingent upon signing rental agreement.

11. Policies and rental rates are subject to change without notice.
