Rental Rates for River View House:

Weekday Rates: $170 per day Sunday - Thursday
Weekend Rates: $210 per day Friday and Saturday

Weekends during peak season are two night minimum for Friday and Saturday nights, and three night minimum for holiday weekends. Please call for availability.

One night's deposit is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept most major credit cards, and process credit cards immediately for deposit. If cancellation notice is given with less than two weeks notice, then the deposit will not be refunded unless the house is able to be re-rented.

Deposits are refunded, minus $10.00 service charge, only when cancellation notice reaches our office two weeks before arrival date.
